Meet Our Speaker!
Rev. Benjamin Berinti, C.PP.S. is a Missionary of the Most Precious Blood and currently serves as Pastor of Immaculate Conception Church.
In his 36 years of priestly ministry, Fr. Ben has served as a university professor of religion and humanities; dean of Catholic campus ministry at the University of Central Florida; on the pastoral team at the San Pedro Spiritual Center; co-director of Lay Ecclesial Ministry formation; and parish pastor. Fr. Ben has ministered in the Diocese of Orlando for over 25 years.
A well-respected teacher, retreat leader, pastor, author and theologian, Fr. Ben writes for the Florida Catholic’s Sunday Word column; works with Catholic radio programming on WDMC; teaches with the Loyola University New Orleans Institute for Ministry; and has written three collections of spiritual essays, as well as two hand-made limited edition spiritual chapbooks this year.
In his spare time, he serves as Vice-Provincial of the Cincinnati Province of his religious congregation, Vicar for Religious in our Diocese, and as a member of the Orlando Diocese Priests’ Council.
