In July, Catholics from around the nation and world gathered to recognize and recommit to the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist and then celebrate, revive, and renew the mission of the Eucharist. Countless people have offered testimonies of how they were moved by the Congress but are we still moving?! Has the energy, vitality, and passion moved beyond Indianapolis and our televisions, cellphones, and computer screens? Has the amazing experience and encounter become something that moved us in the past or are we moving forward in the future with the same passion?
Like the Holy Eucharist in every Holy Mass and Adoration, we are called to move forward with confidence, courage, and conviction and continue to increase and unite the Mystical Body of Christ in word and deed. The movement of the Eucharistic Congress and Revival must continue to eternity, and we are called to be active and proactive participants in that movement.
