SENIOR DAY
Physically Fit, Emotionally Well and Spiritually Sound: A Catholic's Journey Into Living in the Frosting of Life!
with Heidi Peckham, LMHC
If you are a Senior Citizen and you are NOT joy filled, why not? What is going on? What do you need to live the Sweet Life? What do you need to forgo? Sometimes our Catholic faith gives us great gifts, sometimes emotional baggage. Learning to Let Go can lighten our luggage and make the journey a joy. Come laugh and learn as Ms. Heidi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and life-long Catholic, shares wit, wisdom and survival tips. Bring your notebook and a friend, the adventure is better when shared.
Coffee and danish are served at 9:00 am. The program begins at 9:30 am followed by lunch. Mass ends the day!
Heidi Peckham is the former Secretary for Pastoral Ministries and Director of Family Life for the Diocese of Orlando.
