Regina Boyd is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Lake Mary who specializes in integrating Catholic teaching and research based therapy methods for couples, families, and teens. Formed by her many years working in ministry along with her clinical knowledge and experience, Regina is no stranger to burnout! She is a former employee of the Diocese of Orlando, current volunteer at her parish, and mother to a delightful toddler.
